You've made a difference at the bedside - now you want to share that deep level of knowledge and experience with other nurses. You've taken the leap and have become a clinical nurse educator!  I remember shifting into that role. What an exciting time!!   ​ The amount of information I have gained in the last 8 years as a clinical nurse educator is invaluable! ​ I have been able to improve processes for nurses through professional development, workflow optimization and have coached nurses to tap into their personal best for the betterment of their patient outcomes.  ​ I rejoice in the many rewarding experiences of being a nurse educator.
